The mission of the fleet division is to provide high quality, cost effective and sustainable fleet management and maintenance to departments throughout the city.

The division uses multiple third-party vendors to efficiently maintain the city's fleet of more than three hundred units comprised of trailers, boats, cars, light and heavy trucks, emergency vehicles, and numerous types of off-road equipment. The division is responsible for:

• Asset Management
• Maintenance and Repairs
• Efficient Utilization
• Disposal/Replacement
• Fueling Services
• Procurement

The fleet manager is responsible to oversee the contract and direct repairs with the city's fleet maintenance vendor.
