Venice Municipal Airport is owned and operated by the City of  Venice, a political subdivision of the State of Florida for the benefit of public use.

-  The minimum standards for commercial aeronautical activities  establish the minimum requirements to be met as a condition for any person(s) that propose(s) to conduct commercial aeronautical activities on the property located at the Venice Municipal Airport.

 - Aeronautical Activities are any activity that involves, makes possible, or is required for the operation of aircraft, or contributes to or required for the safety of such operation.

- These are guidelines and are subject to be amended and modified from time to time at the discretion of the City of Venice or as conditions warrant. The guidelines are to be consistent with federal, state and local Rules and Regulations.

- The City of Venice's goal in adopting these standards is to encourage the development of quality aeronautical services and to make the airport available for commercial aeronautical activities on a fair and reasonable term without unjust discrimination.
