Event Details: Registration required. As of 11/13/24 this event is sold out. Turkey Trot for the Twig returns in 2024 on the Saturday before Thanksgiving and it is still all about the Kids!!  The event is to benefit children in the foster care system and the programs of The Twig Cares.A great morning event with something for everyone!  Chip-timed 5K with awards suitable for all ages and all levels.  And a great post-race celebration. Packet Pickup will be at The Twig (826 Pinebrook Rd. Venice, FL 34285) on the Thursday before the race from 4  p.m. to 6:30 p.m.  ***Upon completion of the run any shirts not picked up will be available to trade*** No medals will be saved post race.
