National Safe Boating Week runs May 21-27, 2022.

U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 86, in collaboration with the Venice Police Marine Patrol Unit, Fish and Wildlife Commission, Sea Tow and the Venice Power Squadron, will hold a life jacket drive and vessel safety check from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, May 21 at the Marina Park boat ramp near the Historic Train Depot.
