See the below flyer for information on the Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event set for 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, Jan. 23, 2021, at South Brohard Park, 1600 Harbor Drive S., Venice. The collection will be held in the parking lot between Brohard Paw Park and the entrance to Caspersen Beach.

This event is hosted by Sarasota County Hazardous Waste and the City of Venice Solid Waste Department.

Please note items that will be accepted.

• Remain in your vehicle
• Masks are encouraged.
• No walk-ups accepted.

This event is for Sarasota County and City of Venice residents only; proof of residency may be requested before any waste is accepted.
