At the City of Venice Environmental Advisory Board meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 24 at 1 p.m., board members will hold a forum to discuss red tide.
The following speakers are scheduled:
V. New Business – Red tide forum
• Dr. Ron Musselman, PhD chemist
• Alan Jones, Jones Potato Farm, 2016 Agricultural Environmental Leadership Award recipient
• Dr. Randy Edwards, PhD marine science
• Mac Carraway, green business consultant
The meeting will be held at Venice City Hall, 401 W. Venice Ave. It is open to the public and citizens are encouraged to attend.
