The City of Venice Utilities Department offers a program in cooperation with Southwest Florida Water Management District which offers up to a $100 utility credit by replacing your toilet with a high efficiency low flow toilet.  This is what qualifies you to receive the rebate:

• Residential homes/commercial properties built prior to 1995
• Old toilets must be 3.5 gallons per flush or higher
• New toilets must be 1.28 gallons per flush (or lower) for residential and 1.6 gallons per flush (or lower) for commercial
