The Venice Police Department makes all records available in accordance with Florida Sunshine Law.

When submitting a records request, it is helpful to have the Venice Police Department case number. If not,  location of the incident, date and time of occurrence or the name of the person who contacted the police department to file the report.

Records and Incident/Crash reports can be obtained in person from Records Section at the Venice Police Station.
